We recently had approx 200 linear feet of 6 ft high white vinyl fence installed around our new pool. The project included tear away of the old wood fence. From start to finish John and his team met every single expectation. John personally removed a section of fence to allow for excavation equipment to get to the backyard for the pool dig. He then ensured that the materials and team were ready for scheduling and install when the pool was finished. There was no waiting around, no unanswered calls or emails. Pool is done? We’ll be there tomorrow. And the entire tear away and install was done in 1 day! Mike and Jose were great. Very efficient and careful to do the project right. We could not be more pleased with the finished product and the exceptional customer service. If you’re looking for a quality fence company that does exactly what they say they’re going to do, look no further!
Southern Ornamentals and Fence is an extraordinary company that came highly recommended. I reached out on very short notice needing a section of my fence removed for pool construction. I honestly thought my chances of getting it done next day were slim to none BUT John and his company single handedly saved my dig date. An already long wait (due to the volume of pools going in) would’ve been at least a week and a half longer if I had to reschedule. I’m forever grateful to Southern Ornamentals and will call them with any and all of my fencing needs. Any other service they offer, I’d hire them in a heartbeat for those as well because customer service this great is hard to come by. Thank you sooooo much!
